Welcome to the Naturpark Grebenzen nature reserve! www.naturpark-grebenzen.at
Embedded in a landscape formed by ice-age glaciers, the Naturpark Grebenzen is located in Styria in the Murau district on the border between Styria and Carinthia. A number of extraordinary attractions such as crystal-clear springs, idyllically located ponds, waterfalls, swamps, and earth pyramids promise an adventurous stay in nature.
Hikes, rides, and cycling tours lead you through a unique landscape between 900 and 2400m altitude. Enjoy the panoramic views from the famous Zirbitzkogel and Grebenzen mountains, or a swim in one of the many ponds and lakes.
With its already legendary summer program, the nature reserve offers a varied selection of 100 different events, from making bread to guided jungle and water hikes, exciting beekeeping and ice-age excursions, school projects, and supraregional cultural events.
There is always something going in the Grebenzen nature reserve! Above all, he promises long-lasting relaxation for everyone!
This year, with this poetically staged exhibition, the Mariahof hill in the surroundings of Neumarkt is one Styria´s highlights. For further information about the exhibition click on "weitere Infos" on this page.
