Guidelines for cancellation pursuant to Austrian hotel regulations

skip 1. The contract between the accommodation provider and the guest may be unlaterally canceled by either party at the latest three month prior to the agreed date of arrival, in which case no cancellation fee may be charged.

2. Until one month prior to the abreed date of arrival of the guest the accommodation contract may be cancelled by either party by unilateral declaration. A cancellation fee equal to the price of the room for three days will however be payable. This shall also be payable by the accommodation provider if the cancellation is initated by him.

3. In the event of the guest not arriving by 6:00 pm on the agreed day, the accommodation provider shall be entiteld to withdraw from the contract if no later time of arrival has been agreed.

4. Later cacellation involves payment of the agreed recompense, i.e. the full rental. The accommodation provider shall however deduct any savings due to non-use of the servings offerd by him or any amounts received from re-rental of these rooms.
