Put a hand full of white flour into a pot, add about 5 ½ oz. of sugar and stir with hot wine to a thick, spongy dough. Beat the whites of 3 eggs (very stiff), add to dough. Heat pork fat (drippings) in a pan, put 2 tbsp. dough in a funnel and let it run into the hot drippings. Bake to light brown. Put the rain worms in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Serve hot.
Chocolate Soup

Take flour, let it stew to brown, sieve it into soup pot, add cold milk as needed. Stir. Then add as much boiling milk as soup is wanted, stir, bring to boil. Take sieved (ground) cinnamon and chocolate, stir it separately with hot milk, pour it into soup pot, add sugar and butter. This soup can also be made without chocolate, then more cinnamon is needed.
